You can now register on the Ticket Portal for the ballot that will allow fans to be among the first to purchase the best tickets for their favourite Olympic sports. By registering on the Ticket Portal, users book their turn to buy Olympic tickets for free and with no obligation to buy.

In addition, by registering, users will have the opportunity to stay informed about the world of Milano Cortina 2026 by using the same credentials to log in to Fan26, the event's digital community. In the coming months, Fan26 members will have early access to information on ticket sales and will be able to enjoy many unique opportunities and special moments.

The process to purchase Olympic tickets is as follows (this process does not apply to Paralympic tickets).

First, visit the official ticket platform by clicking on the "Ticket" button at the top of the Milano Cortina 2026 website and complete your registration. In January 2025, a ballot will be conducted to determine the order in which users can purchase the best tickets for the Winter Olympic Games.

Registering for the ballot is free and does not commit you to making a purchase; it simply determines your turn in line, streamlining the ticket-buying process. After the ballot is completed, you will receive an email informing you of your designated turn. You will then have approximately 48 hours to confidently purchase your desired tickets.

Once your turn arrives, you can buy the best tickets for your favourite events online starting from February 2025. If you prefer not to participate in the ballot, you can still purchase the remaining tickets when they become available to the general public in April 2025.

Joining the ballot gives you the chance to be among the first to buy tickets for the most anticipated sporting event, and to choose the best ticket categories and sessions. All users who register for the ballot will be eligible to purchase tickets and attend the Winter Olympics. Signing up for the first phase is non-binding: if you change your mind, no problem, booking a place on the ballot does not mean you have to buy, but you may miss out on the tickets you want.

For the Winter Paralympics, there is no need to register for any ballot mechanism. From March 2025, when ticket sales open to the general public, users will simply be able to log on to the Ticket Portal and purchase their preferred tickets.

The ticket portal will be accessible from anywhere in the world and the tickets will be 100% digital. Ticket prices are not yet available and will be announced this autumn, after the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics.
